Resilience in the Face of COVID-19

COVID-19 has presented us all with a common challenge. Our forced isolation in the face of virus puts us at risk for the very real effects of fear and anxiety, including increases in loneliness, alcoholism, suicide etc. All were on the rise in vulnerable populations, such as among those of us who are aging.  Join this online course for an exploration of the social and behavioral science literature that provides empirically based insights and exercises to promote subjective well-being. Together online we can be OLLI-strong and meet the challenge!

Mondays, June 1 -22, 2019

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Free and open to the public via Zoom
