Calling all adventurous foodies who love to travel! Enjoy learning everything about French food culture and vocabulary: meals (les repas), la table, kitchen (la cuisine), cheese (fromage), wines (vin), bread (pain), French specialty dishes, and more. Participants will practice easy French dialogues for restaurants (aux restaurants), supermarkets (au supermarché), holidays (les fêtes), and home (à la maison).
This class is designed for intermediate French speakers. Summary links and resources will be sent after each class. A brief questionnaire will be sent prior to the first class to customize the class for participants' levels of speaking French.
Gloria Finkelstein is a foodie! She grew up in Montreal, lived in Paris, and has frequently traveled to France and Quebec. She is the creator of "French Club with Madame G," an innovative learning-by-doing immersive language arts program. Gloria enjoys helping others discover and experience French culture and lifestyle. Gloria is a graduate of McGill University and Columbia University.
