Research shows that reducing our meat consumption is good for our health and the environment, but diving into a vegan or vegetarian diet can be overwhelming. If you are looking to do more plant-based eating and need some inspiration, this four-session course will help you get started. Using Ashley Madden's Plant-Based Cookbook, Janet Forest will demonstrate four of her favorite recipes that are satisfying and savory, as well as healthy and nutritious. She will also offer tips on how to adapt or vary each recipe based on taste and preference. She will make Mac & “Cheez”, Tofu Ricotta Baked Ziti, Pesto and Penne, and Shepherd’s Pie.
Janet Forestis a Certified Professional Life Coach that specializes in helping people navigate career transitions and other major life changes.
