Using Ashley Madden's Plant-Based Cookbook, Janet Forest will demonstrate four of her favorite recipes that are satisfying and savory, as well as healthy and nutritious. She will also offer tips on how to adapt or vary each recipe based on taste and preference. She will make Mac & “Cheez”, Tofu Ricotta Baked Ziti, Pesto and Penne, and Shepherd’s Pie.

She recently relocated from Nantucket, MA, where she was Head of Adult Programs at the Nantucket Atheneum.
