Five Sessions


The course will cover the Reconstruction period in the U.S. from 1863-1877.  We will examine Presidential Reconstruction, Congressional/Radical Reconstruction, Social and Economic Factors of Reconstruction, Ending Reconstruction, and the Legacy of Reconstruction.

Will Singleton, Ed.D New York University. Will is a retired educator and former Superintendent of Schools, Nassau County, New York; is Past President of NAACP, Berkshire County Branch and former board member of OLLI at BCC.
