International Folk Dancing is fun, aerobic, involves the memory, and exposes us to new rhythms, music and patterns. This variety of sounds and cultures clearly expands our knowledge of the world. No partners are necessary, since most dances are circle or line dances. Men and women all enjoy folk dancing!
