Tai Chi Easy(TM) is a class combining a beginner friendly Tai Chi form with the ancient eastern Qigong practice methods. Fluid movements, Deep Breath Work, Self Applied Massage and Mediation. It releases the relaxation response, igniting the parasympathetic nervous system. It offers tremendous overall health benefits including lower blood pressure, stronger joints, improved blood circulation, relieving body aches and most importantly it relieves stress! When we are stress free, our bodies can heal themselves and prevent injury or illness. It requires no equipment and can be done by anyone, at any age, any fitness level, anywhere, standing or seated. This is a wonderful gift created thousands of years ago and I am excited to share it.

Corey Chapman studied Tai Chi and Qigong under Dr. Roger Jahnke with the Integral Institute of Qigong and Tai Chi. He has received his Tai Chi Easy(TM) certification, and level one Qigong certification at Kripalu in Lennox, MA. Corey has also received his certification in Qigong infused Yoga from Lynn Nicole Smith and studied Cheng Man-Ch'ing's 37 posture Tai Chi form with Hudson Valley Tai Chi in Hudson, NY. Corey has been teaching the Tai Chi Easy(TM) form and Qigong in Egremont, Great Barrington, Salisbury, Canaan, CT and Hillsdale, NY. Corey has studied and taught Yoga for 5 years, but found Tai Chi/Qigong organically. Almost accidentally. You could say it found him. Corey loves sharing this gift of Tai Chi and Qigong so much. It has changed his life in so many ways and he is positive it can heal the world.
