Anna Gershenson will share her journey to healing through food and the skills one needs to feel good in the kitchen while preparing seasonal menus.
Her first class will focus on preparing a spring menu of Lamb Koftas with Almond Gravy by Nik Sharma, served with Cauliflower Rice and a fresh Spring Salad with local Mixed Greens and Radishes from Red Shirt Farm. And what can be more refreshing than Meyer Lemonade to go with it?
