Today's Headlines is a moderated discussion course that provides an opportunity to voice your opinions on national and international issues. Serving as guides and provocateurs, the moderators will introduce selected topics drawn from a variety of newspapers and the internet. Lively discussion is the centerpiece of this course. 

John McComish has had a varied career: in the corporate world, as an entrepreneur, an association leader, state legislator, and a judge. After retiring, he moved to the Berkshires to be near family, especially grandchildren. He has taken numerous OLLI courses over the past few years and has served on many OLLI at BCC committees and is a current OLLI at BCC board member. 

Phil Brown spent his career as a corporate attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions. He practiced in Toronto and moved to New York City in 2009 to head his law firm’s U.S. office. He retired in 2015. His interests include theater, opera, symphonic music, and jazz. He lives with Marg in Tribeca in New York City and in Woodstock, Vermont.
