Bill Murray has been described as a “National Treasure” by director Sofia Coppola. He has been in many films of “New Hollywood” directors playing an assortment of roles. We’ll screen five of his films and discuss his acting, quirks and relationships with various directors. Although only nominated for one Academy Award, we can discuss why this number should be higher. The five films are:
Caddyshack (1980)
Groundhog Day (1993)
Rushmore (1998)
Broken Flowers (2005)
St. Vincent (2014)
