Four Sessions

The mind consists of our beliefs about ourselves and the world. Thought patterns of who we are and who we are not, and judgments about ourselves and others. These patterns of mind limit our potential for attaining inner and outer goals.

In this course we will look at and work with the key concepts that are the foundation of personal and spiritual growth:

  • Self-acceptance
  • Letting go
  • Stories that do not serve you
  • Opening the heart and dropping judgements

In each workshop session we focus on one of these concepts, and at the conclusion, you will have a comprehensive set of tools and awareness’s to continue forward with love, self-acceptance and fearlessness on your own personal journey of personal and spiritual growth.

Stephen Glick, Ph.D. has been committed to the personal and spiritual growth of himself and others since his early 20s. He initially taught English in inner city Philadelphia High Schools for 13 years and received his Ph.D. in group dynamics at Temple U. After his teaching career, he started a company called Applied Energy Management (AEM), later moving his company and his family to the Berkshires in 1989. After growing the company to over 100 employees, he sold AEM to a NASDAQ listed company in 2008. A former resident of Kripalu when it was an Ashram in the 1970’s, he later served nine years on the board here in the Berkshires, four as Vice-Chair, also serving 10 years on the board at BRIDGE as finance chair, and now 5 years of board of Goodwill of the Berkshires, currently as finance chair.
