Age Friendly Berkshires (AFB) and Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) are bringing together older adults, age 65 and better, to help design new programs and supports that will strengthen the health, well-being, and independence of people aging in Berkshire County.

Your ideas will help us develop future efforts that support older adults by:

• Strengthening social connections and reducing isolation
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health
• Helping people remain safe and independent at home
• Improving access to services, resources, and community programs
• Creating new peer-support opportunities for older adults
• Exploring Community EMS wellness and prevention services
• Making it easier for people to get help before a crisis occurs

Whether you have faced challenges yourself or simply care about helping others, your perspective can help support older adults across Berkshire County for years to come.
