Berkshire Cider Project creates dry, sparkling hard ciders from local and imported apples resulting in a fine hard cider--similar in profile to a sparkling wine. Production is seasonal--fresh pressed juice is fermented in the Fall and aged over the cold Winter months. Each harvest is different so each cider will be different. BUT you can be sure each one is crafted with care here in the Berkshires.

Join us to see Berkshire Cider Project’s cider production space as we sample a range of hard ciders while enjoying OLLI Chefs' tasty morsels.

Registration is $35 for OLLI at BCC members, $45 for non-members.

No refunds unless space is filled from a waiting list. Ciders & Morsels included!
