The Lichtenstein Center for the Arts, 28 Renne Avenue, will present “Creative Aging: 65 and Better in the Berkshires” for the month of June. The exhibit will be on view from June 1 through June 30, and there will be a reception during First Fridays Artswalk on June 3 from 5 to 8 pm.
On view will be twenty-five profiles of active, engaged community members who are 65 and better in the Berkshires which were created by volunteer writers and photographers who are members of OLLI, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Berkshire Community College. They represent thousands more older adults in our Berkshires community who give back in many different ways and help transform our stereotypes of older adults.
