The COVID-19 pandemic has upended Berkshire County’s cultural sector, especially theatre companies. Join us for a series of conversations with noted theatre critics and the artistic directors of Barrington Stage Company, Berkshire Theatre Group, Chester Theatre Company and Shakespeare & Company. We’ll discuss how they're adapting to producing theatre inthe age of social distancing, creative responses here and elsewhere, and take a look at what's to come.

Moderator Naomi Spatz is the co-founder of New York’s Golden Squirrel Theatre. She created “Teachers Night on Broadway “and “Kids Day on Broadway.” The arts run in the family as she is married to playwright and OLLI instructor, Steven Somkin.
Moderator Nancy Vale holds a MFA from Northwestern University where she taught acting. Ms. Vale is involved in various theatre programs in the New York metro area and has appeared in local theatre productions.
